Classes

Placement & Class Levels

Levels are determined by both age and experience.
A placement class is required for all new students.
Teachers will evaluate each dancer annually to determine appropriate class levels.

A Class-B track may be created for selected students based on their progress and skill development.
All classes are kept intentionally small to ensure each dancer receives personalized instruction and support.

 

 

【Pre Ballet 1】Age 3~4, 45mins, 

• Gently supports separation from parents

• Practice following the teacher and understanding instructions

• Focus on flexibility, musicality, cooperation, and concentration

【Pre Ballet 2】Pre-K (age 4~5),  55mins

• Builds upon flexibility, musicality, and focus

• Develops fine motor skills, including awareness of fingertips and toe points

​

【Class 1a】Kindergarten, 1st grade (age 5~7),  60mins

• Introduces ballet fundamentals

• Focus on posture, coordination, arm and foot positions

• Continued flexibility and musical development

• 2+ classes per week are recommended for growth

【Class 2a】2nd&3rd grade (age 7~8),  75mins

• Strengthens ballet basics and introduces core conditioning

• Designed to prepare dancers for more advanced movement

• 2+ classes per week recommended

​

【Class 2b】3rd&4th grade (age 9~10),  85mins

• Expands on 2a training with more complex coordination and expression

• Prepares students for Class 3a

​

【Class 3a】5th grade and up (age 11~),  90mins

• Advanced flexibility and technical training

• Introduction to classical ballet variations

• Entry level for ballet competitions

• Pointe work begins for approved students

• 3+ classes per week highly recommended

 

【Junior Company Class】 By Teacher Invitation Only,  120mins

Our exclusive Junior Company Class is designed for highly dedicated students and includes:

• Gyrokinesis®

• Core Strength Training

• Pre-Pointe Conditioning

【Character Dance】 Age 7~,  45mins

Explore the cultural dance elements found in classical ballets like Swan Lake (Spanish Dance – Act III).

• Taught by Ms. Aya

• Recommended for ages 7 and up

• Character shoes required
