Relax & Renew Strength Flow Training

This morning, I had training with students who have been with me for many years.


In our 75-minute session, we focused on efficiently reaching the inner muscles—those deep areas that are difficult to strengthen, even in everyday movement or through general exercise.


When people hear “training,” they often imagine something intense: heavy weights, holding your breath, and pushing through with sheer effort. My class is quite the opposite. By first releasing unnecessary tension, we can finally access the deep core.


The key is to relax, then use only the muscles we truly need. It feels gentle, yet it’s remarkably effective. Over time, it changes posture, body lines, and stamina.

With the early signs of autumn in the air, it was such a refreshing start to the day.

  • Wednesdays 9:15–10:30am

  • Fridays 12:00–1:15pm
