Our classes are designed to be gentle and fun, perfect for first-timers! Please wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement.
2. What to Bring and Wear
Comfortable clothing: Leotards are ideal, but T-shirts and leggings work fine for your first class
Ballet shoes: If you don’t have any, indoor socks or bare feet are okay

Towel: For wiping sweat
3. Parents and Guardians
Parents are welcome to watch from our designated viewing area during the class. If your child feels nervous, you may stay nearby for support during the first few sessions.
